Exit M25 at Junction 21 and merge onto M1 and stay on M1 for 4 miles
At exit 8, keep LEFT onto Ramp following signs for A414/Hemel Hempstead
At roundabout, take the SECOND exit keeping on the A414
Road name changes to A414 Breakspear Way
At roundabout, take the THIRD exit onto A4147 (Mayland Avenue) for 1 mile
Turn right onto McDonalds Way; next right after Maxsted Road, just after STS ProTyres and before Screwfix Direct on right hand side
