Don’t forget, you will need to include a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate (and if you’re a sole trader/partnership also a copy of a bill in your company’s name). Processing your application takes less than a day, once it has been received, you will be notified by email (or post if you do not provide an email address) as to whether you have a credit or credit card account.
