I am taking this opportunity to express my thanks in the hard work Smart have put into , in enabling Highwire Ltd (which is now part of the KEE Safety Group of Companies ),to grow to the size we are now. Smart Have over the many years we have work together , have shown exceptional professionalism in every aspect enabling Highwire to carry out Height Safety Inspections and installations with the highest of confidence .

From the Logistical Side Angela ,whom has been long suffering of my last minute request over the past years , has only not been able to meet my requirements on a handful of occasions of which hundreds have been made. I know there has been a lot of behind the scenes rearranging to keep the customer happy.

Their professionalism on site is first class also , as the machines are kept immaculate and well maintained, As for the operators they are always extremely smart and polite, Paperwork is always at hand. The operators “Nothing is too much trouble “ attitude always goes down well with our engineers and clients.

On that note I would like to express , its been a pleasure working along side you and we hope the partnership last for a long time to come.

We have been using Smart’s Rehire Department for all of our tracked MEWP and Traffic Management requirements. They make it so easy, from the initial enquiry, simple clear and competitive quotations and easy booking. They always make sure you are kept in the loop and provide us with the Street Works Reports, RAMS and Berthing Plans in good time to enable us to include them within our CPP documentation. Friendly, knowledgeable staff are able to advise on our requirements and identify potential issues and solutions. They are highly recommended by me.

Angela and Vivien not only helped me book a cherry picker and operator at very short notice (4 hours before we needed the vehicle). I can't tell you how much Set Square appreciated this. My director was so grateful. He is really impressed at the reliability and helpfulness of Angela, Vivien and your team.

We have been using SMART for many years for roof access and inspection. The service and delivery from the administration/booking through to the operators/machines on site has always been, and continues to be excellent. We have never been left hanging!
